The Board of Directors of PhytoDental Solutions, Inc, Crystal River, FL announces its appointment of Dan Zhu, MD, PhD to its board of directors and as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Dr. Zhu will work with the Board and CEO of the company to oversee the day-to-day operations and integration of each focused segment of the business into a functional corporate structure.  His primary focus will be on leading the effort to raise sufficient capital to execute the company’s plans for the development and clinical validation of multiple oral drug specific formulations, establish an effective and stable supply chain to ensure product quality, safety and effectiveness in comply with GMP and FDA guidelines, as well as explore a business model of dentistry distribution throughout the United States.

 

With 28+ years of interdisciplinary and international experience in the biomedical fields, from clinical practice to scientific research, product R&D, marketing, investment M&A to corporate management, Dr. Zhu has been dedicated to commercialization of new technologies and innovation of business models.
